The studio opened in 2004 above a small marble workshop on Via della Spiga, with three draftsmen, a single carpenter, and a single rule: that every commission would be led, end to end, by the partners who signed it. Twenty-one years later, the practice numbers 112 professionals across four cities, but the rule has not moved.

A single point of contact
Each commission is led by one of our 19 registered architects or 8 interior design principals. The lead is reachable from the first site visit to the final art installation — never a project manager in between.

An in-house atelier of 47 craftsmen
Marble artisans, bronze casters, and bespoke joiners work under our own roof. The studio does not subcontract fabrication, which eliminates the drift that mars most luxury builds.

The proprietary Material Library
6,400 vetted stones, textiles, and finishes, curated personally by the founding partners. Every specimen is held in climate-controlled archive rooms in Milan and London, available to clients on request.

A confidentiality protocol
Vetted by 23 family offices and 11 royal households. No project imagery is published without written client consent. Discretion is the studio’s oldest operating principle.

The studio’s most defended differentiator is not the architecture or the interiors — it is the workshop behind both. Three named craft disciplines, employed directly, accountable to the same principal who drew the elevation.

- Twelve artisans trained across Carrara, Verona, and Beirut. Hand-carving, inlay, and book-matched slab work for floors, hearths, and bath interiors.
- Bronze & Metalwork
- Eight casters and finishers producing hardware, lighting, balustrades, and bespoke ironmongery in the studio’s own foundry.
- Bespoke Joinery
- Twenty-seven cabinetmakers and finishers producing fixed furniture, panelling, library rooms, and one-off pieces for every active commission.

On what we do not publish.
Most of our work will never be photographed for a magazine. The villa in Tuscany restored in 2022, the fifth commission for that family, sits behind a gate on a hill and will stay there. The penthouse at One Mayfair, completed in the second quarter of 2024, has never appeared in a portfolio deck.
Discretion, for us, is a professional discipline. Our confidentiality protocol was drafted in 2007 and has since been vetted by twenty-three family offices and eleven royal households. No project image is published, no client name is cited, and no project budget is ever confirmed in copy, without written consent. We would rather lose a paragraph in a magazine than lose the trust that brings us the next commission.
